Valued Customers, we are pleased to announce the arrival of Container No. MSKU9502622 discharged at Douala Port on 17th December 2017.
This is 8 days later than the scheduled arrival date of 9th December 2017. Tamangwa Shipping apologises for this delay and would like to state as follows:
The Vessel, NORTHERN GUARD Voyage No.: 1741 arrived Douala Port on schedule for discharge on 09th December 2017.
Due to heavy congestion at Douala port at this time of the year, the vessel was held at Douala anchorage for 8 days followed by the discharge of her cargo on 17th December 2017.
This delay was neither caused by Tamangwa Shipping nor the Shipping Line but by the Port Authority of Douala. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and promise to work a pace through customs procedures to ensure delivery before Christmas.
